• 15,000 SF of hospital expansion with a NICU; 8,000 SF of hospital renovation and a new medical facility
• Hospital renovation for Wellington Brain Center
• 5,000 SF Cancer Center expansion
• Interior improvements for Hyperbaric and Wound Care
• Interior improvements for Women’s Center and Medical Specialists
• Three, 4-story, 50,000 SF, stand-alone, ground-up medical office buildings in the Wellington Medical Arts Pavilion. AMC constructed buildings II, III, & IV.
