Cost Estimating

Anderson-Moore Construction Corporation provides cost estimating services at any point during the project design and at any level of required detail.  AMC can apply current local construction cost data applicable to produce accurate estimates of cost and – given early planning data – can evaluate project budgets.

During design-development, cost estimation often occurs in conjunction with constructability reviews and alternative studies, which are usually conducted at the 30, 60, and 90% design completion levels.  As the design develops, estimate accuracy can be refined.

AMC has estimators with experience in all construction divisions, with state-of-the-art technology applications to better analyze all aspects of your construction project.  We use this technology to facilitate the development of costs by component – such as labor, materials, equipment – by building system and by area or floor.

Our cost estimating capabilities extend into the solicitation and construction phases, as well.  We routinely perform bid evaluations, review of contractor cost breakdown and estimates for change order work.
